In addition to providing finish options for our contracted work, our paint and finish crew can provide a high quality finish for anything you may need. From re-finishing an old weathered piece of furniture to painting some trim you’ve picked up from the store, we’re happy to assist in whatever finishing needs you may have.

• Our spray booth measures 12’ w x 20’ l x 10’ h but we can facilitate longer lengths if needed

CNC Capabilities:

• Can mill flat board stock, flat panel stock, or stepped profiling on panel stock

Costs:

• $120 / hr CNC Machine Run-Time* + $75 / hr operator bill rate + material cost

• $60 / hr Laser Cutter Run-Time* + $75 /hr operator bill rate + material cost

• Base tooling cost of $25 + cost of additional / special bits as needed

* Machine time calculated by how long the head is moving, not how long the overall project takes (e.g. excludes file setup and material placement)

From turning custom designed wood knobs to large round table legs, our lathe can handle it. Whether you’re replacing one porch baluster or need to replace them all, we have the ability to replicate and produce whatever turnings you may need.
